Royal Texan Homes will be announcing several new plans over the next quarter. Each plan will be designed to respond to the specific feedback we have received since we opened our new Model Home in Republic Grand Ranch in October.

As property owners and prospective property owners tour our Model Home, we have identified a number of elements and features that client are consistently asking for. Armed with valuable input for our Model Home visitors, our architectural and design teams have been able to incorporate those requests into a few new Royal Texan Homes custom home designs that will be specifically tailored to the needs of our clients in Republic Grand Ranch.

One of the designs that we are most excited about is a slightly scaled-down version of our Winchester Plan that is the inspiration for our beautiful Model Home. This plan will have a slightly smaller footprint while retaining the modern grandeur and old-world charm of the Winchester’s magnificent great room.
