Client Registration

Have a client in mind? Register them here before their first tour to protect eligibility and keep everything smooth.

Our Process

To qualify for a commission, agents must follow one of the approved registration steps for their client.

Register online: Complete the client registration form available on our website.
Call our office: Register your client by speaking with one of our team members at (833) 208-8953.
Attend the property tour: Accompany your client during their property tour at Republic Grand Ranch.

Commission Guidelines

The amount of commission will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the details of the sales contract and any incentives provided to the client.
The commission amount and terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to the completion of the sale.

Please note that clients must be registered with our office before their initial property tour, and registrations must be confirmed in our system. Agents will not be eligible for commissions if their client has previously toured or engaged with us independently prior to registration.
